I would venture a guess that HE is not included here. AFAIK the standard in Tokyo area is 10.000 yens for 70 minutes course but even with that you cannot be certain.
This place is a bit pricier than normal standard massage but it could be because they have young hot girls who tease and then ask you to do the deed yourself when you get noticeably excited. Went inside the place, receptionist was friendly, being gaijin no problem at all apparently, at least seeing I could speak a tiny bit enough to manage. I, too, had an experience which depressed me a lot out of fear for STD. When in doubt, talking to a doctor really helps. However, I don't think you've got any.
